Your once-a-year opportunity to become a Donation Amplifier is here. 👉 And this year, it comes with the opportunity to win FOUR Bills tickets!
✅ What is a Donation Amplifier? A Donation Amplifier is an "early donor" — someone who donates any amount within the next week (from now through November 25th).
✅ Why "within the next week"? Because Giving Tuesday is only one day — so as a small nonprofit with over $15,000 in unfulfilled projects, we use the generosity of our Amplifiers as inspiration for others to give on Giving Tuesday.
✅ How so? When Giving Tuesday arrives, we can confidently tell all donors that their donations will be doubled (or even tripled) because of your generosity.
✅ Did you say Bills tickets? Yes! If you donate $100 or more between now and November 25th, you'll be entered into a raffle to win 4 Bills tickets plus a parking pass for the Bills vs. Bengals game on December 7th. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, November 26th.
✅ What if I don't want the Bills tickets and I just want to donate? You can do that too! Enter any amount in the box labeled "Add a donation."
Will you consider becoming a Donation Amplifier so that we can meet our goal and help more people in Kenya and Zambia?
TICKET INFORMATION: For every $100 you donate, you will get two entries into a raffle to win four tickets to the Bills vs. Bengals game on December 7th, plus one parking pass. Valued at over $1,700. We will draw a winner on November 26th and contact you regarding ticket information. Four tickets in Section 220, Row 7, Seats 23-26. Parking Pass in Lot 7. TO DONATE WITHOUT ENTERING THE RAFFLE, OR TO DONATE IN ADDITION TO THE RAFFLE: Enter any amount into the "Add a donation" box below. Thank you for your generosity. A tax receipt will be provided.

Current projects in need of funding:
Light Up Gosese Village: Bring Electricity Home - Need: $2,600 - FUNDED!
Imagine a village where the day ends when the sun sets, and students can't study after dark. For the 20 homes in Gosese Village—long-time beneficiaries of FIOH-USA's support—this is the daily reality.
Your donation will be the spark that transforms this community!
Boost Business: Allow local entrepreneurs to store perishable goods (animal and farm products) and operate after hours.
Empower Students: Provide light so children can study in their homes after sunset, improving their educational opportunities.
Assure Safety: Increase security for all residents after dark.
Cost Breakdown: $2,600 covers the installation of a main power line and internal wiring for each of the 20 homes.
Launch a New Primary School at Angelic Ark Center - Need $6,450
Last year, the Angelic Ark Center, once home to 35 orphans and vulnerable children, shifted its mission following a government directive. Now, the dedicated rooms and space are ready for a new purpose: a community primary school.
This project does more than just fill a space; it extends a lifeline of support to children who were integrated back into their extended families. By establishing Grades 1 and 2, we provide quality education and continued care.
Cost Breakdown: $6,450 will outfit the first two grades with everything they need to open their doors: desks, supplies, educational materials, and more.
Expand St. Charles Nursery School in Awasi - Need: $3,400
St. Charles Nursery in Awasi is a place of excellence, currently served by three dedicated FIOH-USA-supported teachers. They are doing an amazing job, but the demand for quality early childhood education is growing!
Your support will help the school double its capacity and its impact by:
Expanding to two full classes and adding a third teacher.
Providing essential furniture and bookshelves.
Funding a vital feeding program to ensure the students get the nutrition they need to learn.
Installing a water tank and fencing to secure the campus and provide clean water.
Cost Breakdown: $3,400 will transform St. Charles into a thriving, expanded learning center.
"Stop the Spot": Keep Girls in School - Need $5,000 (Ongoing Annual Program)
For many girls in Kisumu, their period means missing 3 to 5 days of school every single month—a serious threat to their education and future. The "Stop the Spot" program is the simple, powerful solution.
We want to expand this successful program to two more schools we visited. Your ongoing support provides monthly sanitary napkins, ensuring these young women can stay in the classroom where they belong.
Cost Breakdown: $1,000 per school provides a full year of support for this life-changing, recurring program.
Invest in the Future: Laptops for Nursing Students - Need $1,000 for four laptops
The path to becoming a nurse is challenging, and our sponsored students require laptops for essential research and taking required exams. A lack of technology is a major barrier to their success.
This is a sustainable investment in their professional careers. The laptops will be loaned to the students for the duration of their studies, and upon graduation, they will be returned and lent to the next cohort of aspiring nurses.
Cost Breakdown: $250 per laptop / $1,000 for four laptops.
Student Tuition - Need $5,850 ($450 per student for 13+ students)
Education is the key to life. no matter where you live--and the same is true for the youth in Kenya and Zambia. Your donation could be a catalyst for helping a child make it through school.
